Welcome to The Paw Street website. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and our services. By accessing this website and visiting our cafe, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full.

Entry and Conduct

  • Visitors to The Paw Street must adhere to the rules and instructions provided by the crew.
  • Customers are responsible for their conduct around the animals to ensure the safety and well-being of the cats and dogs.
  • Children must be supervised by adults at all times during their visit.
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry or service to any customer who does not comply with our guidelines or who poses a risk to our animals or other customers.

Health, Safety & Risks

ALTHOUGH OUR CATS AND DOGS ARE SWEET, SOCIAL, HEALTHY AND COMPLETELY VACCINATED, BEFORE ENTERING THE PET LOUNGE AREA, ALL VISITORS MUST BE AWARE AND UNDERSTAND THE POSSIBLE HEALTH RISKS OF BEING AROUND CATS AND DOGS.

Please read below carefully; You are agreeing to certain restrictions.

The rules are to ensure the safety of the Customers, the cats, the dogs, and the staff. Any breach of the terms and conditions stated shall be considered an act of negligence by the Customer or Guardian of Children. The Paw Street shall not be held liable if any of these conditions be breached. Any breach may result in temporary or permanent exclusion from the Premises

Children of any age are permitted on the Premises; however, the following additional terms and conditions apply to the Guardian(s).

  1. Children must remain under the supervision of the Guardian(s) at all times and must comply with the rules stated -this is the sole responsibility of the Guardian(s);
  2. The Guardian(s) must ensure that the Child or Children under the supervision of the Guardian(s) has no allergies to cats and dogs.
  3. The Guardian(s) must ensure that any petting or handling of the cats in any way must be slow, gentle and carried out with due caution. If the Guardian is unsure of how Children should interact with the cats and dogs in a safe manner then the cats and dogs must not be touched or interacted with in any way without first consulting a member of staff.
  4. Parents and Guardians accept full responsibility of their child at all times and enter at their own risk

Pregnant Women; The Paw Street advises against entry to the Premises during pregnancy. However, should the Customer wish to visit during pregnancy we require the Customer to seek advice from a relevant medical practitioner, such as a GP, prior to entering the Premises. The customer enters at their own risk.

The Paw Street makes no guarantees about any level of monitoring or control of the cats and dogs. Staff will be available to generally monitor activities and answer questions of customers but is not responsible for assisting with his/her interaction with the cats and dogs.

The customer must understand that the behavior and actions of the cats and dogs are inherently unpredictable, and that any injury they cause directly or indirectly is not the responsibility of The Paw Street, The Paw Street board, affiliates, employees, agents, or other involved vendors (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "releasees").

The customer hereby agrees to waive, release, discharge, and covenant not to sue release from and against any liability, claim or cause of action, arising out of or related to any loss, damages or injury, that he/she may sustain while participating in the activity at The Paw Street. This release includes any claim you may incur for damages or other relief, whether personal or otherwise for any interaction with the cats or dogs on the premises, whether those damages are the result of the negligence or intentional or reckless acts on behalf of releasees.

The customer agree that he/she alone is assuming and accepting all risk for their participation in these activities, including, but not limited to, personal injury and property damage.

The customer authorizes releasees to administer first aid for injuries he/she may incur while participating in an activity. Releasees make no guarantee or promise to administer first aid. The customer further authorizes releasees to arrange for ambulance transportation to a hospital or other means if he/she is incapacitated on the premises at their own or a parent's/guardian's expense. The customer hereby releases, waive and discharge releasees from any and all liability regarding any medical treatment or first aid they receive on the premises or as a result of their interaction with the cats and dogs. The customer agree that he/she have adequate medical insurance necessary to cover the expense related to treatment of any injury he/she may incur as a result of their interaction with the cats and if he/she do not have adequate coverage, the customer agree that he/she is still fully and solely liable for any and all costs of medical treatment related to their interaction with the cats and dogs.

 The customer agrees to understand that by agreeing with this terms and conditions, he/she cannot later raise claims based on the issues addressed here.

Booking and Cancellation

  • Reservations for the normal visits are NOT required but exceptionally on weekends depending on the crowd we provide a waiting time of maximum 15 to 30 minutes.
  • Reservations may be required to privately book the premises or for an event before 7 days by depositing 50% advance, depending on demand and availability.
  • Cancellations must be made within the specified time frame as stated during booking. Failure to cancel within this period may result in a cancellation fee.

Café Terms and Conditions

  • Our café is located separately due to hygienic reasons.
  • To ensure a safe and a hygienic environment inside the café, the customer must adhere to the rules and regulations given by the crew

Intellectual Property

  • The content, logos, images, and other materials on this website are the intellectual property of The Paw Street unless otherwise stated.
  • You may not use our logo, trademarks, or any copyrighted material without our prior written consent.

 Privacy Policy

  • Our Privacy Policy governs the use of personal information collected from you. By using our website or services, you consent to the collection and use of this information as described in the Privacy Policy.

 Limitation of Liability

  • The Paw Street shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or services, or from any interactions with our cats and dogs.

 Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
  • It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the website or services after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
